Who are we?

Hacienda Venecia is a family coffee farm with more than 120 years of history and four generations dedicated to growing coffee in Manizales, Caldas. Since 2009 we have welcomed travelers to get to know coffee culture up close, combining rural lodging with experiences related to coffee, nature and life on the farm.
We offer lodging in Casa Principal, Coffee Lodge and Hostal, as well as experiences such as coffee tours, tastings, barista activities, cacao and birdwatching. Our offering is aimed both at travelers interested in learning about the Colombian coffee process and at those looking for a rural stay in the Paisaje Cultural Cafetero.
What sets us apart is the chance to experience the territory from a working coffee farm, learn about its processes first-hand and connect with a family tradition that has been kept alive for four generations. The Hacienda is part of the Paisaje Cultural Cafetero, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, and works directly with the rural surroundings of Caldas.
