Who are we?

Travel Solutions Colombia DMC is a Colombian company founded in 2005, specialized in designing and operating trips through Colombia. We have our main office in Medellín and our own operation in Bogotá and Cartagena, which allows us to accompany our travelers directly at three of the country's main international gateways.

We work mainly with two segments: corporate meetings (incentive trips, conventions and product launches) and luxury or special-interest leisure travelers. Rather than starting from a catalog of excursions, we design trips around who the traveler is and what moves them: gastronomy, dance, cycling, horses, golf, architecture, art, history and culture, wellness, spirituality, among others. We have also developed protocols and products for audiences with particular needs, including travelers from the Arab or Jewish community.

What makes us different lies especially in the operation. We don't limit ourselves to designing an itinerary: we curate hotels and experiences and coordinate with transport providers, guides, restaurants and local suppliers, we accompany the operation at the destination and offer 24/7 concierge assistance. In programs and groups that require it, we implement prior verification processes and support staff at the hotels to check on the ground that what was contracted is being delivered correctly.

We have a presence and relationships with tourism suppliers in 25 of Colombia's 32 departments. This allows us to combine the best-known destinations with regions, communities, producers and local experiences, seeking for tourism spending to connect with actors in the territory and for each program to reflect the cultural particularities of each region.

Our experience in the MICE segment is also verifiable: Travel Solutions Colombia DMC received the SITE Crystal Award for an incentive travel program carried out in Colombia, recognized as one of the best in Latin America and the Caribbean 2018–2019. In addition, we are part of industry organizations such as SITE, MPI, ACOTUR and various Convention & Visitors Bureaux in the country.

After more than 20 years working in Colombia, our offering comes down to something concrete: combining specialized knowledge of the destination, tailor-made design and local operational control so that agencies, meeting planners and international travelers have a single partner able to design, coordinate and operate their trip in Colombia.
