Who are we?

Baiatour Travel is a Colombian inbound operator with nine years of experience, specializing in private, personalized trips for international travelers. We design and operate cultural, gastronomic, nature and adventure routes in the Eastern Andes and the Greater Colombian Caribbean, with particular knowledge of Santander, Bogotá, Boyacá and Barranquilla.
Our offering stands out because we operate private groups —without mixing travelers—, provide personalized support and adapt each itinerary to the visitor's language, pace, age, interests and dietary or mobility needs. We work with professional guides and offer service in Spanish, English, French, German and Italian, subject to availability.
We directly involve campesino families, artisans, traditional cooks and local providers in experiences such as ancestral trails, clay workshops, weaving with plantain fiber and bejuco, coffee processes and regional cooking. This way of operating strengthens the local economy and allows travelers to get to know the territory through its inhabitants, trades and traditions.
Baiatour is linked to the tourism sector through ANATO and ACOTUR, and works in coordination with members of COTELCO and ASOGUÍAS. Each service is designed with pre-selected suppliers, defined rates, operational capacity and clear booking conditions, prioritizing safety, sustainability and close attention from planning through to the end of the trip.
