Context

The journey begins on the waters of the Inírida river. As the boat moves forward, the jungle accompanies the way and, little by little, Mavecure, Mono and Pajarito appear on the horizon: three hills that rise above the landscape of Guainía and make you want to stop and look. But the experience goes beyond contemplating their beauty. In this territory, Indigenous communities, among them the Puinave community of El Remanso, welcome travelers and share their stories, their knowledge and their relationship with nature. Listening to them lets you discover the meaning of a place that is, at the same time, home, memory and landscape.
